I am a Marriage Therapist (LMFT103923) providing therapy in California to people looking to heal from depression, anxiety, stress, grief, low self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issues.
Together we formulate an individualized plan centered around your concerns and your unique self.
Therapy helps enable you to find and use your inner strength and live life more deeply and authentically. My approach to therapy is integrative, combining cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, gestalt therapy as well as meditation and mindfulness. To begin therapy takes courage. I find that a holistic approach helps clients access inner contentment and wholeness.
I believe in the importance of building trust and creating a safe environment. I want clients to feel comfortable to discuss whatever feelings arise, be it painful memories, grief, anxiety, depression, loss, loneliness, shame, guilt, self-loathing, abandonment, relationship struggles, unworthiness, or fear.
I can help you address whatever issues are preventing you from enjoying intimacy, love, and self-acceptance. I work to help you learn how to love yourself rather than abandon yourself. Through our collaborative, you can begin to transform self-sabotaging and negative beliefs and develop greater self-love and compassion.
Education and experience
I have a Master’s Degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
For therapy to be effective, it is important to find a therapist who will understand your personal history. Your past, gender, ethnicity, religion, and financial status all affect your personal development and daily interactions. As someone who has lived outside of the United States, I can understand how each person’s cultural background influences their unique emotional needs and complexities. This sensitivity enables me to more effectively help my clients.
